Built by people who run PrestaShop shops for a living
MyPS Manager is made by PrestaChamps. We did not set out to build a product — we built the tool we kept wishing existed while working on other people’s shops, and then those people asked to keep it.
PrestaChamps is a PrestaShop agency. Migrations, modules, performance, the awkward integrations nobody else wants. Years of that leaves you with a particular kind of knowledge: not what PrestaShop can do, but what it is like to work in all day.
The same things came up on every project. Somebody needed an offer and rebuilt it by hand from the catalogue. Somebody wanted a sale on a category and did it product by product, with no preview and no way back. Somebody asked a simple question about last month and got two different answers from two screens.
So we built the missing piece on top of the shop rather than instead of it. It ran on real client shops for a long time before it had a name, which is why the awkward parts are handled: VAT that differs per product, the two different ways PrestaShop stores a combination price, an order that reaches the shop while the tool records nothing. None of those are hypotheticals. Each one cost us a day.
It is a product now because the people using it asked us to make it one.
Three rules we do not bend
A number says what it left out
A figure that quietly drops cancelled orders is worse than no figure, because you will act on it. Ours say what they counted.
Anything it can do, it can undo
If it can publish a discount it can remove one; if it can convert an order it can cancel one. A capability without its opposite is a trap.
What you are actually agreeing to
The questions worth asking before connecting a shop to anything.
Your shop stays yours
Nothing is migrated. PrestaShop remains the source of truth for your storefront, and we are removed by uninstalling one module.
Read-only until you decide
An instance arrives unable to change anything on your shop. Writing back is a separate switch on the server, not a checkbox somebody ticks by accident.
Your own instance
Your own database, your own subdomain, your own backups. Nobody else’s data sits in the same place as yours.
No lock-in
What we hold is a copy of what is already in PrestaShop. Stop using us and your shop carries on exactly as before.
Nothing about you is sold
No advertising, no analytics brokers, no third-party trackers. This website does not even set a cookie.
A person answers
The same people who wrote the code. You will not be routed through three tiers to reach somebody who knows what a specific price is.
