This website collects almost nothing

It sets no cookies. It loads nothing from third parties — no analytics, no tracking pixels, no embedded video, and not even a web font from somebody else’s server, because requesting one would send your IP address to them.

That is why there is no consent banner on this site. There is nothing to consent to.

The web server keeps ordinary access logs, which include IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting. They are not used to profile anyone.

What the form collects

When you send the form, we receive what you typed:

• Your name, and your company if you give one
• Your email address, and your phone number if you give one
• Your shop’s address, its PrestaShop version and roughly how large the catalogue is
• What you would like to fix first, if you say
• The time it was sent and the IP address it came from

Why, and on what basis

For one purpose: to reply to you and, if you want, to set up an instance. That is a step taken at your request before a contract, together with the consent you give through the checkbox.

We do not add people to a mailing list from this form, and we never pass your details to anybody else.

How long it is kept

If we set up an instance for you, your details stay for as long as we work together and for the period our accounting obligations require afterwards.

If nothing comes of it, the request is deleted within twelve months.

What your instance holds

If you become a customer, your instance mirrors data from your own PrestaShop — including your customers’ names, addresses, orders and carts.

For that data you are the controller and we are the processor. It is your data about your customers; we hold it on your behalf and act on your instructions. A separate data processing agreement covers that, and it is signed before anything is connected.

Each customer has a separate database, and backups are taken daily.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Write to hello@mypsmanager.com and we will act within thirty days.

If you believe we have handled your data badly, you may complain to your national data protection authority — in Romania, the ANSPDCP.
