The questions we get before the demo
Does it change anything on my shop?
Not until you switch that on. It installs read-only: it mirrors your data and can change nothing. Writing back to the storefront is a separate switch, per instance, and every write is shown to you first.
Which PrestaShop versions?
Tested on 1.7.7 and up, 8.x and 9.x, with PHP 7.2 through 8.5. If yours is older, tell us on the form and we will say honestly whether it will work.
Do I have to migrate anything?
No. Your shop stays where it is and keeps taking orders. We mirror it; PrestaShop stays the source of truth for your storefront.
Where does my data live?
In your own instance with its own database — not a shared tenant. It sits on a European server with daily backups.
Is the AI assistant compulsory?
No. It is off until enabled, and even then it reads and changes nothing until you grant specific actions to specific roles.
What does it cost?
It depends on the size of your catalogue and which parts you want. Ask on the form and we will give you a straight number, not a funnel.
